Every dish is prepared exclusively in your home using carefully selected seasonal ingredients and tailored entirely to your tastes, lifestyle and dietary preferences.
I'm Iván Castro, a Mexican chef based in Madrid and founder of La Bartola, the first vegan restaurant in Canada to receive a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide for three consecutive years.
While you focus on your day, I'll take care of everything else.

Every menu is created from scratch and evolves with the seasons, ensuring variety, freshness and a truly personal dining experience.
I prepare every dish in your own kitchen, carefully selecting and cooking each ingredient before packaging, labelling and organizing everything in your refrigerator.
When I leave, your kitchen is left exactly as I found it.

From €350 per weekly visit (1–2 people)
Most clients enjoy one weekly visit, which provides the majority of their meals through a curated selection of freshly prepared dishes.
Every proposal is tailored to the number of people, the frequency of visits and the level of personalization required.
For families with multiple weekly visits or bespoke requirements, a personalized proposal will be prepared.
Ingredients are billed separately.
